Deep in the heart of Speyside, in the 'Valley of the Deer' (Glenfiddich in Gaelic), William Grant fulfilled his lifelong dream in 1887 by hand-building his distillery. This exceptional 21-year-old single malt represents a masterful bridge between traditional Scottish heritage and vibrant Caribbean warmth. After spending over two decades maturing in traditional American oak casks, the whisky undergoes a meticulous finishing period in casks that previously held premium Caribbean rum. This innovative finishing process, pioneered by Glenfiddich's Malt Master, coaxes out rich, exotic layers of sweet toffee, fig, ginger, and lime zest, beautifully layering these tropical notes over the signature Speyside character of soft orchard fruit and delicate oak.

Founded in 1886 by William Grant and constructed by hand with the help of his family, Glenfiddich Distillery is situated in the heart of Dufftown in Scotland's renowned Speyside region. Still independently owned by William Grant & Sons, the distillery made history in 1963 by pioneering the international single malt Scotch whisky category beyond traditional blended scotch. Glenfiddich crafts its spirits using the pristine waters of the nearby Robbie Dhu springs, distilling through distinctive copper pot stills and maintaining its own on-site cooperage to oversee maturation in premium American and European oak casks.
