This exceptional single malt is aged for at least three decades in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry butts and American bourbon oak casks, meticulously selected by the Malt Master. Over thirty years of resting in Glenfiddich's traditional stone warehouses, the spirit absorbs the character of the wood, developing an extraordinary depth of flavor. Founded in 1886 by William Grant and constructed by hand with the help of his family, Glenfiddich Distillery is situated in the heart of Dufftown in Scotland's renowned Speyside region. Still independently owned by William Grant & Sons, the distillery made history in 1963 by pioneering the international single malt Scotch whisky category beyond traditional blended scotch.
