Under the guidance of Dr. Bill Lumsden, this single malt was finished in premier Chardonnay casks sourced from the acclaimed Sonoma-Cutrer winery. This unique maturation imparts a luscious, buttery complexity, white peach, and toasted brioche notes to the classic Highland spirit, weaving together stories of ancient Scottish spring water from the Tarlogie Springs with the sun-drenched terroir of the Sonoma Coast.
