This exceptional spirit is a blend of incredibly old and rare eaux-de-vie, some dating back to the 19th century, carefully preserved within the family's private sanctuary, the Chai Paradis. Crafted primarily from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the prestigious chalky soils of the Cognac region's finest crus, the liquid underwent traditional double-distillation in copper Charentais alembic stills. It was then aged for generations in seasoned Limousin oak casks, allowing it to develop an extraordinary complexity.
