The Fins Bois region is celebrated for its clay-limestone soils, which yield exceptionally supple, floral, and fruit-forward eaux-de-vie. Crafted primarily from Ugni Blanc grapes, this expression undergoes traditional double-distillation in copper Charentais alembic stills before aging in French oak casks.
