✨ Tekniske specifikationer
Crafted to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the ISH (1947–2007), this rare commemorative bottling by Hennessy represents the pinnacle of the house's blending artistry. Drawing on Hennessy's deep Irish roots—founded by Irish officer Richard Hennessy in 1765—this special release pays homage to decades of shared history. The blend comprises exceptional, highly aged eaux-de-vie sourced from the premier crus of the Cognac region, primarily Ugni Blanc grapes grown in chalky soils. Double-distilled in traditional copper Charentais alembic stills and aged in seasoned Limousin French oak casks, this Cognac displays an extraordinary depth of character. It weaves a complex sensory narrative of rich rancio, dried figs, warm baking spices, toasted leather, and subtle floral undertones, reflecting the meticulous stewardship of the Fillioux family of master blenders.
