Inside the bottle is the iconic Hennessy Very Special (VS) Cognac, a masterfully crafted blend of approximately 40 different eaux-de-vie sourced from the premier growing regions of Cognac, France. Primarily distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes, these eaux-de-vie are aged in young French Limousin oak casks, giving the spirit its signature robust, lively character. The result is an expressive Cognac defined by toasted oak, fresh hazelnut, and sweet red berry notes, underpinned by a subtle hint of vanilla.
