Housed in a striking, limited-edition six-liter decanter designed by the acclaimed artist Arik Levy, this release pays homage to the legendary XO blend first created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870. The liquid inside is a masterful assemblage of over one hundred eaux-de-vie, primarily distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes harvested across Cognac's premier crus, including Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. These components are aged for up to several decades in French oak casks, developing a rich, multi-layered profile of candied fruit, wild cocoa, warm spices, and a robust, leathery structure. Levy's crystalline, rock-inspired design reflects the rugged geological strength of the Charente soil and the faceted complexity of the aged spirit within.
