Created in 1979 by Master Blender Maurice Fillioux, Hennessy Paradis is named after the legendary 'Paradis' cellar, the historic and sacred heart of the Hennessy estate where the oldest, rarest, and most precious eaux-de-vie are guarded. This exquisite blend represents a harmonious marriage of up to one hundred distinct eaux-de-vie, some dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. These spirits are distilled primarily from grapes grown in the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, then aged for decades in ancient French oak casks. The resulting Cognac is a masterpiece of elegance and silkiness, defined by its copper-gold hue and a complex aromatic profile of dried flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle, and warm spices, underpinned by a delicate rancio character.
