The Hennessy VS VHILS Limited Edition represents a striking intersection of urban contemporary art and centuries-old blending tradition. Created in collaboration with the acclaimed Portuguese street artist Alexandre Farto, known as VHILS, this release celebrates the shared philosophy of 'making the invisible visible.' Just as VHILS chisels away layers of urban walls to reveal hidden beauty, Hennessy's Master Blender selects and layers up to 40 different eaux-de-vie to craft the final blend. Sourced primarily from the Ugni Blanc grape grown across the Cognac region's diverse terroirs, the spirit is double-distilled in traditional copper Charentais stills and aged in toasted French Limousin oak casks. This limited edition bottle houses the classic Hennessy VS, renowned for its vibrant notes of toasted almond, fresh pear, and delicate French oak spices, wrapped in an artistic tribute to the passage of time and human heritage.

Maison Hennessy blev grundlagt i 1765 af den irske officer Richard Hennessy og er i dag verdens førende cognachus med beliggenhed ved bredden af Charente-floden i Cognac. Husets uforlignelige kvalitet bygger på århundreders savoir-faire og et historisk, traditionsrigt samarbejde gennem flere generationer med Fillioux-familiens Master Blenders. Hennessy udvælger nøje Ugni Blanc-druer fra Cognacs fineste crus – herunder Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies og Fins Bois – som dobbeltdestilleres i traditionelle kobberkedler og efterfølgende modnes tålmodigt på fintporede franske egetræsfade.
