Highland Park, established in 1798 on the windswept Orkney Islands of Scotland, is steeped in Viking heritage and legendary distilling lore. Founded by Magnus Eunson, a direct descendant of Viking settlers who famously hid his illicit spirits under the pulpit of his church, the distillery remains one of the northernmost in the world. The Island Single Malt 30 Year Old represents the pinnacle of this historic distillery's craft. Its unique character is shaped by the harsh Orcadian elements and Hobbister Moor peat, which is rich in heather and imparts a sweet, floral, and aromatic smoke rather than the medicinal peat of the Islay region. This exceptional single malt is slowly matured for three decades in hand-selected sherry-seasoned oak casks, resulting in a deeply complex spirit with notes of rich dried fruits, warm spices, dark chocolate, and a whisper of salty sea spray.

Highland Park blev grundlagt i 1798 i Kirkwall på det afsidesliggende Orkney-øhav og er et af Skotlands mest traditionsrige og nordligst beliggende single malt-destillerier.
