This 'Full Cask' Hogshead No 13 represents a single cask expression of Orkney single malt, showcasing the distillery's traditional methods. The signature character of Highland Park comes from the ancient Hobbister Moor peat, which is rich in heather and devoid of wood, imparting a gentle, sweet, floral smoke rather than the heavy, medicinal peat found in Islay whiskies.
