This single malt, matured in Hogshead Cask No 26, showcases the distillery's signature maritime terroir. Lacking trees, Orkney's Hobbister Moor peat is packed with decomposed heather, imparting a unique, sweet, floral smoke rather than the medicinal peat of the Islay region.
