This legendary 25-year-old single malt, bottled in the spring of 2019, represents the pinnacle of Orcadian craftsmanship. The distillery's signature character is shaped by the ancient, woodless peat of Hobbister Moor, which is rich in heather and imparts a uniquely sweet, floral smoke. Highland Park blev grundlagt i 1798 i Kirkwall på det afsidesliggende Orkney-øhav og er et af Skotlands mest traditionsrige og nordligst beliggende single malt-destillerier.
