This peated expression, matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel, marries the intense, smoky profile of peated malt with the sweet, vanilla-rich influence of fresh American oak. Historically, Edinburgh was famous for its 'Charmed Circle' of breweries and distilleries that drew from the ancient volcanic aquifers beneath the city.
