This highly experimental release showcases their innovative spirit by utilizing red wine yeast during fermentation, a departure from standard distiller's yeast that imparts vibrant berry notes, orchard fruit esters, and a distinctive vinous complexity. Matured in a hand-selected first-fill Bourbon barrel (Cask No. 1964), the spirit absorbs rich layers of creamy vanilla, toasted coconut, and sweet oak from the virgin American oak char.
