Crafted with a mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley, this expression honors traditional American rye whiskey while retaining the signature Jack Daniel's character. The whiskey is distilled using the pristine, iron-free cave spring water from the Hollow and undergoes the legendary Lincoln County Process, where it is slowly dripped through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal before aging in handcrafted, charred white oak barrels. This unique charcoal mellowing softens the natural spice of the rye, resulting in a complex, smooth spirit that bridges the gap between bold, peppery rye spice and sweet, oak-driven vanilla and caramel.
