The whiskey's distinctive character is defined by the 'Lincoln County Process,' where the raw distillate is slowly dripped through ten feet of tightly packed sugar maple charcoal before aging. The mash bill consists of high-quality corn, rye, and malted barley, fermented using iron-free cave spring water and a proprietary yeast strain. It is then matured in handcrafted, charred new American white oak barrels.
