Julian Haart's Reserve bottling from this grand cru site represents a masterclass in patience and terroir expression. Sourced from old vines rooted in weathered blue slate and quartzite soils, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is subjected to extended lees aging in traditional oak Fuder.
