✨ Tekniske specifikationer

Sourced from the iconic Les Collines Vineyard, nestled in the cool, breezy foothills of the Blue Mountains in the Walla Walla Valley, this Syrah is a masterclass in terroir-driven winemaking. 'Les Collines' translates to 'The Hills' in French, a fitting name for a site whose varying elevations and deep wind-blown loess soils over basalt bedrock yield some of the most distinctive Syrah in Washington State. Winemaker Ryan Crane utilizes low-intervention techniques, often employing whole-cluster fermentation and neutral oak aging, to preserve the vineyard's signature aromatic profile. The result is a wine celebrated for its striking savory character, balancing dark fruit with notes of violet, cracked black pepper, and black olive tapenade, reflecting the wild, rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
