Planted in gravelly, silty loam soils, the vineyard benefits from warm daytime temperatures and cool evening breezes flowing from the Blue Mountains, allowing the grapes to develop deep complexity while retaining vital acidity. Kerloo Cellars coaxes out the wild, savory side of this site using native yeast fermentations and aging in neutral French oak puncheons.
