The Baudinet Blend by Kilikanoon is a classic South Australian GSM (Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro) that pays homage to the pioneering Baudinet family, who were among the early settlers of the Clare Valley. Sourced from premium vineyards in South Australia, this blend artfully combines the luscious, bright red fruit characters of Grenache, the structural depth and dark spice of Shiraz, and the earthy, savory complexity of Mataro. Traditionally vinified in small batches and matured in seasoned French oak, this wine captures the generous, sun-drenched character of South Australian fruit while maintaining the hallmark elegance, vibrant acidity, and fine-grained tannins that define Kilikanoon's winemaking philosophy.
