This unique site features classic terra rossa soils—rich red loam over limestone—which, combined with the region's warm days and cool nights, imparts both intense fruit concentration and structural elegance. Kilikanoon crafts this reserve wine using traditional methods, including fermentation in small open-top fermenters and gentle basket pressing, before maturing the wine in fine French oak hogsheads.
