Lanson's Noble Cuvée Blanc de Blancs represents the pinnacle of the house's purist philosophy, showcasing the absolute elegance of Chardonnay sourced exclusively from the legendary Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs, primarily Avize and Cramant. First introduced to celebrate the ultimate expression of the noble white grape, this prestige cuvée is defined by Lanson's historic signature: the strict avoidance of malolactic fermentation. By preserving the natural, vibrant malic acidity of the grapes, the wine undergoes a slow, majestic evolution. It is aged on its lees in the deep chalk cellars of Reims for a minimum of a decade, allowing the initial piercing acidity to integrate with rich autolytic notes of brioche, hazelnut, and preserved citrus.
