Dadá 3 by Finca Las Moras is an unconventional red blend born in the high-altitude, sun-drenched vineyards of San Juan, Argentina. Inspired by the rebellious Dadaist art movement of the early 20th century, this wine deliberately breaks traditional winemaking conventions to focus on pure, sensory expression. Crafted primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, Dadá 3 is purposefully designed to highlight intense spicy characters. The winemakers achieve this distinctive profile by aging the wine with medium-to-heavy toasted French and American oak, which infuses the liquid with rich notes of black pepper, cinnamon, and coconut. The result is a bold, expressive, and highly approachable wine that challenges the stuffy norms of the wine world, celebrating artistic freedom and immediate sensory pleasure.
