Here, at the foothills of the majestic Andes, the vines are bathed in intense, brilliant sunlight by day and cooled by crisp mountain drafts by night. This dramatic diurnal temperature swing allows the Sauvignon Blanc grapes to develop intense aromatic profiles while retaining a bracing, mouth-watering acidity. Nourished by pure, mineral-rich Andean meltwater flowing through alluvial soils, the grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve their delicate, zesty character. The resulting wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain its pure, fruit-forward identity, offering a vibrant expression of San Juan's unique terroir that is both refreshing and highly approachable.

Finca Las Moras blev grundlagt i 1990'erne i San Juan i Argentina og har været en afgørende pioner i forvandlingen af regionens vinlandskab på tværs af Tulum-, Zonda- og Pedernal-dalene.
