The ultra-rare 'Les Réserves' N°20 is a monument to this art, blending the legendary 1999, 1997, and 1996 vintages. Composed of approximately 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from prestigious Grand Cru vineyards such as Cramant, Avize, and Ambonnay, this cuvée underwent more than two decades of slow maturation on its lees in magnums and jeroboams within the chalk cellars of Tours-sur-Marne. The result is an incredibly complex, deep, and majestic Champagne that honors the 'Grand Siècle' (Great Century) of King Louis XIV, a golden age of French gastronomy and culture.
