Maison Louis Latour, established in 1797, is one of Burgundy's most venerable and historic wine producers. This white wine, 'Les Deux Moulins' (The Two Mills), draws its name from the historic watermills or windmills that once dotted the pastoral Burgundian landscape, symbolizing the ancient connection between the region's agriculture and its viticultural heritage. Crafted with Latour's centuries-old expertise, this wine is a classic expression of Burgundian Chardonnay. It is sourced from vineyards featuring the region's signature limestone-dominant soils, which impart a distinct mineral tension. To preserve its bright, energetic fruit profile, the wine is typically fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, resulting in a pure, elegant, and highly approachable white Burgundy that balances crisp green apple and citrus notes with a subtle, rounded texture.

Maison Louis Latour blev grundlagt i 1797 og har rødder i Aloxe-Corton helt tilbage fra det 17. århundrede.
