Luigi Bosca's Extra Brut is a sophisticated sparkling wine crafted using the traditional Champenoise method, showcasing Mendoza's exceptional capacity for high-altitude sparkling wine production. Sourced from select cool-climate vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, the grapes benefit from intense Andean solar radiation and cool night temperatures, preserving vital acidity and developing delicate aromatic complexity. The wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on its fine lees, which imparts a creamy texture, fine persistent bubbles, and complex autolytic notes of toasted brioche and dried fruits, beautifully balanced by fresh citrus and white peach aromas. This sparkling wine represents the Arizu family's long-standing dedication to European traditions adapted to the unique terroirs of Argentina.

Bodega Luigi Bosca blev grundlagt i 1901 af Don Leoncio Arizu og står i dag som et referencepunkt for argentinsk vinkunst i Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Drevet af mere end et århundredes familietradition og pionerånd spillede vinhuset en afgørende rolle i etableringen af Argentinas første kontrollerede oprindelsesbetegnelse (DOC Luján de Cuyo) i 1989.
