Hailing from the historic sub-region of Luján de Cuyo in Mendoza, this wine is part of Luigi Bosca's celebrated 'La Linda' collection. Named after the picturesque Finca La Linda estate, which sits at an elevation of approximately 960 meters above sea level, this wine is crafted from select old vines that have adapted beautifully to the high-altitude desert climate. The intense solar radiation and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts of the region yield grapes with thick skins, rich in polyphenols and expressive aromatics. The winemaking philosophy focuses on preserving the purity of the Malbec fruit, utilizing controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by a short period of oak contact to add structure and subtle complexity without overpowering the grape's natural vibrancy.

Bodega Luigi Bosca blev grundlagt i 1901 af Don Leoncio Arizu og står i dag som et referencepunkt for argentinsk vinkunst i Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Drevet af mere end et århundredes familietradition og pionerånd spillede vinhuset en afgørende rolle i etableringen af Argentinas første kontrollerede oprindelsesbetegnelse (DOC Luján de Cuyo) i 1989.
