Luigi Bosca's Pinot Noir represents a sophisticated exploration of cool-climate viticulture in the high-altitude terroirs of Mendoza, primarily sourced from select vineyards in the Uco Valley. While Mendoza is world-famous for its robust Malbecs, the Arizu family pioneered the cultivation of delicate varieties like Pinot Noir by utilizing the dramatic diurnal temperature shifts of the Andean foothills. This environment allows the notoriously finicky grape to ripen slowly, preserving its bright natural acidity and delicate aromatics. Crafted with precision, the wine typically undergoes a gentle fermentation followed by aging in French oak casks, which imparts a subtle structure without overpowering the grape's intrinsic elegance. Bodega Luigi Bosca blev grundlagt i 1901 af Don Leoncio Arizu og står i dag som et referencepunkt for argentinsk vinkunst i Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Drevet af mere end et århundredes familietradition og pionerånd spillede vinhuset en afgørende rolle i etableringen af Argentinas første kontrollerede oprindelsesbetegnelse (DOC Luján de Cuyo) i 1989.
