Sourced from select high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza, this wine is crafted with minimal skin contact to achieve its signature pale, salmon-pink hue. The winemaking team focuses on capturing the vibrant acidity and delicate red fruit aromas of the grapes, utilizing gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
