Luigi Bosca's Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant testament to the potential of white wines grown in the high-altitude terroirs of Mendoza. While the region is globally renowned for its robust Malbecs, the pioneering Arizu family recognized that the cool mountain breezes and intense alpine sunlight of high-elevation vineyards could yield white wines of exceptional tension and aromatic purity. Sourced from selected vineyards in cold areas of Mendoza, this wine is crafted entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pristine fruit character, avoiding any oak contact. The resulting wine weaves a narrative of high-altitude viticulture, where dramatic diurnal temperature swings lock in crisp, refreshing acidity while developing intense aromas of pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, and white peach, grounded by a distinct stony minerality.

Established in 1901 by Don Leoncio Arizu, Bodega Luigi Bosca stands as a cornerstone of modern Argentine viticulture. Steered across four generations by the Arizu family alongside head winemaker Pablo Cúneo, the estate was instrumental in defining Argentina's fine-wine identity and establishing the landmark Luján de Cuyo DOC in 1989. While universally celebrated for red expressions, the bodega boasts a venerable reputation for white and sparkling vinification, drawing fruit from prized high-altitude holdings across Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. Sited on alluvial, gravel-strewn Andean soils, these vineyards benefit from sharp diurnal shifts that preserve vital natural acidity.
