Marchand-Tawse's Cuvée Ronde is a beautifully crafted Bourgogne Pinot Noir that serves as an inviting introduction to the estate's elegant style. The name Cuvée Ronde, or 'round blend,' reflects its signature harmony, supple texture, and approachable character. Sourced from carefully selected parcels across the Côte d'Or, this 100% Pinot Noir combines fruit from both the Côte de Nuits, which lends structure and dark fruit depth, and the Côte de Beaune, which offers bright red fruit and floral elegance. Pascal Marchand utilizes biodynamic and organic viticulture principles to ensure the purity of the terroir shines through. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels with a minimal proportion of new oak, this cuvée represents a masterful blending art, capturing the vibrant, classic spirit of Burgundian Pinot Noir.

Marchand-Tawse blev grundlagt i 2010 som et partnerskab mellem den anerkendte fransk-canadiske vinmager Pascal Marchand og den canadiske iværksætter Moray Tawse. Huset, der fungerer som både boutique-domaine og négociant, har base i Nuits-Saint-Georges i hjertet af Bourgogne.
