Marchand-Tawse blev grundlagt i 2010 som et partnerskab mellem den anerkendte fransk-canadiske vinmager Pascal Marchand og den canadiske iværksætter Moray Tawse. Huset, der fungerer som både boutique-domaine og négociant, har base i Nuits-Saint-Georges i hjertet af Bourgogne. Her forenes Pascal Marchands årtiers store ekspertise inden for bourgognisk vinfremstilling med en række enestående terroirs på tværs af Côte de Nuits og Côte de Beaune, hvilket resulterer i vine, der er dybt tro mod deres individuelle climats.
