A playful nod to winemaker Mark Haisma's Australian roots, 'Bogan goes Walkabout' Rosé captures the adventurous spirit of a winemaker who bridged the gap between the Yarra Valley and the classic terroirs of France. Crafted with the same low-intervention, detail-oriented philosophy he applies to his high-end Burgundy crus, this dry rosé is sourced from carefully selected parcels in the south of France. Haisma coaxes a beautiful tension out of the fruit, combining the sun-drenched, expressive berry notes of southern French varieties with a bright, structural acidity and mineral precision that elevates it far beyond a simple summer sipper. It is a vibrant, gastronomic rosé that tells the story of a winemaker on a perpetual journey of discovery.

Dette boutique-domæne og mikronégociant-hus har hjemme i Gevrey-Chambertin i hjertet af Bourgogne og blev grundlagt af den australskfødte vinmager Mark Haisma, der oprindeligt var protegé for Bailey Carrodus på Yarra Yering. Efter at have rykket teltpælene op fra Yarra Valley til Frankrig i slutningen af 2000'erne forener Haisma Den Gamle Verdens terroirsans med Den Nye Verdens dynamik på nøje udvalgte parceller i Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune og Rhône-dalen. Hans vinfremstillingsfilosofi bygger på minimal intervention, en velovervejet brug af hele drueklaser, neutrale egetræsfade samt et minimum af svovl, så terroirets særpræg og den naturlige syre får lov at føre an.
