Perched on a rugged ridge in the cool Fort Ross-Seaview region of the Sonoma Coast, the Three Sisters Vineyard is named in honor of the three daughters of Lee Martinelli Sr.: Charlotte, Regina, and Helen. This extreme coastal site, situated just miles from the Pacific Ocean, is defined by its dramatic elevation, marine soils, and persistent ocean breezes. The unique microclimate allows Chardonnay to undergo a long, slow ripening process, preserving vibrant natural acidity while developing rich, concentrated flavors. Crafted with traditional, low-intervention methods, the wine is fermented with wild yeasts in French oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered, capturing the pure, textured essence of this maritime terroir.

Established in 1887 by Tuscan immigrants Giuseppe Martinelli and Luisa Vellutini, Martinelli Winery is a historic, family-owned estate nestled in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, California. Renowned for its deep agricultural heritage spanning over six generations, the winery is celebrated for farming some of the region's most steep and challenging terroirs, most notably the iconic, near-vertical Jackass Hill vineyard.
