Influenced by the cooling Pacific fog that creeps through the Petaluma Gap, the grapes undergo a slow ripening process, developing intense phenolic complexity while preserving vibrant natural acidity. In the cellar, the Martinellis honor tradition with minimalist intervention: utilizing native yeasts, aging in French oak barrels, and bottling unfined and unfiltered.
