Crafted by McPherson Cellars in the heart of the Texas High Plains, the EVS (Experimental Vineyard Series) Rosé represents the pioneering spirit of Texas winemaking. Founded by Kim McPherson—whose father, Clinton 'Doc' McPherson, was a founding father of the modern Texas wine industry—the winery thrives in the high-altitude, semi-arid climate of Lubbock. The EVS line is dedicated to exploring how specific grape varieties, particularly those of Mediterranean origin, adapt to the unique sandy loam soils and intense sun of the High Plains. This dry rosé is celebrated for its vibrant acidity, bright red fruit profile, and refreshing minerality, showcasing the incredible potential of Texas terroir to produce world-class, southern French-style pink wines.
