This red blend celebrates their fraternal bond and shared family legacy, which began with their father, Dr. Clinton 'Doc' McPherson, a visionary chemistry professor who co-founded one of the state's first modern wineries. Sourced from the high-altitude, sun-drenched vineyards of the Texas High Plains AVA, where sandy loam soils and cool night breezes mimic Mediterranean growing conditions, this wine showcases the exceptional potential of warm-climate varieties in Texas. The wine is carefully blended to balance vibrant red fruit character with structured, approachable tannins, reflecting the family's decades of experience in navigating the unique Texas terroir.
