The Laneway series by McPherson Wines pays homage to the iconic, art-filled laneways of Melbourne, the cultural and culinary heart of Victoria. This Vermentino captures that vibrant, contemporary spirit. Originating from the warm, sun-drenched vineyards of Central Victoria, the Vermentino grape thrives in conditions reminiscent of its Mediterranean homeland in Sardinia and Liguria. Winemaker Jo Nash crafts this wine to emphasize freshness and purity, utilizing cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's natural aromatic profile. The result is a bright, zesty white wine defined by crisp green apple, citrus peel, and a signature saline minerality that reflects both modern Australian innovation and classic Italian heritage.

McPherson Wines blev grundlagt i 1993 af Andrew McPherson som en videreførelse af en stolt vinfamiliearv, der går tilbage til 1968. Vingården har hjemme i det naturskønne Central Victoria nær Nagambie i Australien.
