✨ Technical Specifications

Crafted by Texas wine pioneer Kim McPherson of McPherson Cellars, 'Les Copains' (meaning 'The Friends' in French) is a tribute to the classic, dry rosés of Southern France, reimagined through the unique terroir of the Texas High Plains. The McPherson family has been instrumental in shaping modern Texan viticulture since the 1970s, realizing early on that Mediterranean and Rhône grape varieties thrive beautifully in the state's hot, dry climate and sandy loam soils. This rosé is made using traditional gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its bright red fruit aromatics, crisp acidity, and mineral undertones, proving that Texas can produce world-class, refreshing pink wines with distinct character.
