Pioneered by the McPherson family, who have been instrumental in shaping the modern Texas wine industry since the 1970s, this wine highlights the exceptional suitability of Mediterranean and Rhône grape varieties to the hot, dry climate and high-altitude sandy soils of the Texas High Plains. Fermented primarily in stainless steel to preserve its bright, fresh fruit character, this wine offers a beautiful balance of stone fruit aromas, floral notes, and crisp acidity, capturing the unique terroir of West Texas.
