The 'Moonstruck' range by McPherson Wines captures the whimsical spirit of night-harvesting in South Eastern Australia. To protect the delicate white grapes from the intense heat of the daytime sun, harvesting often takes place under the cool, star-lit canopy of the night sky—hence the name 'Moonstruck'. This practice preserves the grapes' natural acidity and bright, primary fruit aromas. Crafted under the watchful eye of winemaker Jo Nash, this white wine style is celebrated for its approachable, vibrant, and fruit-driven character. McPherson Wines blev grundlagt i 1993 af Andrew McPherson som en videreførelse af en stolt vinfamiliearv, der går tilbage til 1968. Vingården har hjemme i det naturskønne Central Victoria nær Nagambie i Australien. Med udgangspunkt i generationers passion for vindyrkning kombinerer vinhuset moderne produktionsfaciliteter med bæredygtigt dyrkede vinmarker i Murray Darling- og Goulburn Valley-regionerne.
