Unlike simpler, mass-produced expressions, a portion of this Pinot Gris undergoes barrel fermentation and extended lees contact, imparting a luxurious mouthfeel and subtle savory notes that complement its bright pear and stone fruit flavors. McPherson Wines blev grundlagt i 1993 af Andrew McPherson som en videreførelse af en stolt vinfamiliearv, der går tilbage til 1968. Vingården har hjemme i det naturskønne Central Victoria nær Nagambie i Australien. Med udgangspunkt i generationers passion for vindyrkning kombinerer vinhuset moderne produktionsfaciliteter med bæredygtigt dyrkede vinmarker i Murray Darling- og Goulburn Valley-regionerne.
