The McPherson Three Vineyards Chardonnay is a thoughtful expression of Victorian viticulture, crafted by blending fruit from three distinct vineyard sites across the region. This multi-vineyard sourcing strategy allows winemaker Jo Nash to balance the vibrant, tropical fruit profiles of warmer microclimates with the bright, structural acidity found in cooler-climate parcels. Established in 1968, the McPherson family has long championed the diverse terroirs of Central Victoria. For this cuvée, the winemaking team utilizes a combination of stainless steel fermentation to preserve the pristine primary fruit characters, alongside subtle oak contact to introduce a delicate creaminess and soft spice. The result is a harmonious, contemporary Australian Chardonnay that honors the family's multi-generational commitment to approachable, high-quality winemaking.

McPherson Wines blev grundlagt i 1993 af Andrew McPherson som en videreførelse af en stolt vinfamiliearv, der går tilbage til 1968. Vingården har hjemme i det naturskønne Central Victoria nær Nagambie i Australien.
