Hailing from the historic Rioja Alavesa region, Altos Ibericos Crianza is Familia Torres's elegant tribute to the Iberian Peninsula's rich gastronomic heritage and the majestic Sierra de Cantabria that shelters its vineyards. Crafted from 100% Tempranillo grown in classic limestone-clay soils, this wine undergoes traditional Rioja Crianza aging, spending approximately 12 months in French and American oak barrels followed by further refinement in the bottle. The name itself evokes the high-altitude landscapes of the region and its deep connection to classic Iberian culture. In the glass, it reveals a vibrant deep red hue with intense aromas of forest fruits, dark cherries, and subtle notes of vanilla, cocoa, and toasted oak, delivering a smooth, well-structured palate with silky tannins.

Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Familia Torres has grown into one of Spain's most storied and internationally acclaimed wine dynasties.
