✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by the pioneering Familia Torres, De Casta Rosado is a historic Spanish rosé first conceived by Miguel Torres Carbó in 1946. Seeking to capture the vibrant, festive spirit of traditional Mediterranean rosados, he selected classic regional varieties—primarily Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena—grown in the sun-drenched, clay-limestone soils of Catalunya. The grapes undergo a brief, controlled skin maceration to extract its signature seductive raspberry-pink hue and delicate aromas before fermenting in stainless steel. This classic technique preserves the wine's lively acidity and lush, red-berry fruit profile, embodying the warmth and conviviality of the Catalan coast.
