✨ Technical Specifications

Moët & Chandon's vintage Champagne, historically released under the 'Brut Impérial Vintage' designation before being renamed 'Grand Vintage', represents a singular interpretation of a single harvest. Unlike the non-vintage Impérial, which seeks consistency, the vintage bottling is an exercise in freedom and selection by the Chef de Cave. First created in 1842 to satisfy the tastes of British and American connoisseurs, this cuvée is sourced from the house's most prestigious grand and premier cru vineyards. It undergoes prolonged aging on its lees for approximately seven years, resulting in a sophisticated sparkling wine that marries the freshness of youth with the complex, toasted brioche and dried fruit nuances of maturity.
