Moët & Chandon's association with the British Royal Family is steeped in history, stretching back to the coronation of King Edward VII in 1902. To mark the historic coronation of King Charles III in 2023, the House released this exclusive Coronation Cuvée edition of their iconic Brut Impérial. Crafted from a traditional Champagne blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay sourced from the region's diverse crus, this wine reflects the signature Moët style. It marries the structure of Pinot Noir with the roundness of Meunier and the elegance of Chardonnay. The house's historic cellars in Épernay provide the perfect cool, chalky environment for aging, resulting in a sparkling wine defined by its vibrant green apple and citrus nose, mineral undertones, and a soft, brioche-inflected finish.
